Yolanda Gonzalez joined Spectra Funding in the mid-2008 to assume the responsibility of Underwriting Manager for the company
Yolanda is a seasoned mortgage professional with over 25 years experience in mortgage banking with an extensive background in underwriting, file process flow, and management. Yolanda had 10 years with National City Mortgage as a Senior/Lead Underwriting Manager in the highest volume branch in the company. Yolanda is proficient in all levels of mortgage underwriting including Conventional, Government, and Jumbo loans.
Yolanda has her Government Underwriting Designations including her DE (Direct Endorsed) for the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loans and for the Veterans Administration (VA) loans, VA Automatic and Lender Appraisal Processing Program (LAPP) approved.
