Jay DeCarlo

Jay DeCarlo joined Spectra Funding in mid 2008 with responsibilities over the sales expansion and market penetration in the Eastern states.

Jay has over 28 years of experience in the Mortgage Business in both retail and wholesale. Jay has proven to be a results orientated Regional Manager with a track record in directing a $1.3 billion dollar sales operation with profit and loss responsibility. Jay company experience includes ten years with SunTrust Mortgage. He possesses strong business development, management, and leadership skills and had demonstrated problem solving ability with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Jay has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from West Virginia University.  Additional courses in Business Management, Finance, and Leadership were taken at University of Virginia, University of Maryland, and Virginia Commonwealth University
