Robert Boladian started Spectra Funding in 2005 as a Mortgage Banking Company with the vision of creating the next generation of mortgage origination combining a fully integrated web based origination system with quality loan production
Robert has over sixteen years of entrepreneurial experience with senior-level involvement in management and operations. Robert has started and managed companies in non-mortgage banking fields as well and brings his proven effectiveness in managing growth and achieving P&L goals in both mature and early-stage organizations. Robert has strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to select and develop a management team Robert’s educational background includes the Management Development Program at Carnegie-Mellon School of Business Management along with an Undergraduate Program in Business Administration from Cal State, Long Beach
